millennium is unmatched. a short walk from the lake and beach, plus a convenient bus stop half a block away. located at the end of mag mile for perks without the hustle and bustle. accommodating staff extended my check-out time and tolerated my oversleeping. very clean, exceptionally comfortable, and spacious room. convenient parking across the street. beautiful hotel with a nice martini bar and brunch restaurant.

The property is well-maintained and located in the Magnificent Mile district, near major attractions like the Art Institute and many shops. the staff is brilliantly helpful and top-class. the venue boasts an incredibly comfortable and ideal location in a downtown area.

I selected this hotel for a business convention, attracted by its 18,500 square feet of flexible function space, including the iconic Crystal Ballroom, 14 meeting rooms, and modern event technology professionals. The Georgian-style Crystal Ballroom, with its 25-foot gilded dome ceiling and balcony, provided a memorable setting for important business meetings. Additionally, I found it intriguing to conduct business in Hugh Hefner's former office within the hotel.

The only service I missed for my work was the lack of information in the rooms about available facilities or nearby resources for business needs.

Bellman and concierge were a treasure and very helpful, providing a wonderful atmosphere with dining room music. Perfect for a family Christmas stay with attentive staff and lovely Christmas Eve experience. Can't wait to come back next year!

Its prime location, just a 10-minute walk from the iconic Magnificent Mile, provided easy access to upscale shopping and dining options. the hotel's proximity to Midway International Airport, only 25 km away, made it an ideal choice for a comfortable stopover during my travels.

I encountered a minor inconvenience during my stay at Millennium Knickerbocker Chicago. The pillows provided were not firm enough, and despite requesting firmer pillows, the replacement ones were of the same softness.
